Our client is a well known developer of flats and residential properties in London. They had a tricky conversion of a large terrace Victorian property into flats and wanted to maximise the value of the upper floors. With our help, individual roof terrace areas were created incorporating manually opening flat glass access hatch rooflights from our Thermalight range. This allowed the rooms below to be flooded with natural light during the day, gave easy access to the roof terrace. These innovative designs gave the flats a real market advantage and they sold quickly at a premium price.
